Starting the F-POD

Insert the SD card.

Both LEDs light red while the POD starts up.

Very brief blue LEDs show that both LEDs are working.

Longer bright blue LEDs show that both battery stacks are OK.

Five green LED flashes show that POD has started correctly and is now running.

Stopping the F-POD

Press and release the Save File button.

The right LED flashes yellow if data from the last minute is being saved to the SD card.

Both LEDs on green for 3 seconds when writing is complete.

Gently press and release the SD card (switches off the POD).

Remove the SD card.

How can I tell when an SD card is full?

Insert the SD card.

Very brief blue LEDs show that both LEDs are working.

Longer bright blue LEDs show that both battery stacks are OK.

The left LED flashes red. The SD card is full and so the POD does not start.

Remove the SD card (also switches off the POD).

F-POD minute and data write flashes

When the POD is running, the right LED flashes green very briefly every minute.

If any data that has been recorded during the past minute, the right LED flashes yellow while the data is written to the SD card.

Faulty right-hand battery stack flashes

Start the POD.

Very brief blue LEDs shows that both LEDs are working.

The right hand LED does not light, indicating a faulty right hand battery stack.

The left LED flashes red.

Remove the SD card (also switches off the POD).

Faulty left-hand battery stack flashes

Start the POD.

Very brief blue flash shows both LEDs are working.

The left hand LED does not light indicating a faulty left hand battery stack.

The left LED flashes red.

Remove the SD card (also switches off the POD).
