- the name of the instrument required
- the unit number required
- invoicing address
- delivery address, including full contact details of the person to receive the shipment
- for EU customers: EORI number
- for all other customers: TAX ID / VAT number
When planning, please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery during busy times, although we are usually able to despatch much sooner than this.

Data feedback
We like to use customer F-POD data to help us improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the F-POD PC app train filter and species identification.
If you send us a copy of your POD data (CP1 or .FP1 files), we will, in return, provide brief feedback on the quality of your datasets free of charge. Any data you send us will be kept in complete confidence.
